I’m Justin Wood and after living a bunch of places across the USA, I chose to settle in the charming coastal village of East Boothbay, Maine.
I'm an Anything-But-Average real estate agent with a Fresh, Modern & Personalized Style of helping home buyers and home sellers on the Boothbay Peninsula and Midcoast Maine.
And that's why I founded Tide & Pine Real Estate (an affiliate of HomeSmart) as an alternative to the typical "stuffy" and "tired" process of buying or selling a home on the Maine Coast.
As a self-described "detail-handler" and "house junkie" with hands- on experience as a small business owner, Airbnb Super Host, and with a bunch of home and Airbnb renovations under my belt, I can uncover hidden gems on the market that you'll love.
I can give you the honest “lowdown” (the good, the bad and the downright ugly) on Midcoast Maine properties that are on the market and I’m always nearby and available when you need it most.
When not "real estate-ing", I can be found kayaking on Linekin Bay, hiking on one of the trails dotting the Boothbay Peninsula or criss-crossing the State of Maine on an endless quest for vintage furniture treasures.

• Then, I’ll schedule tours for properties you want to see in person at times that work for you (I can arrange virtual video tours as well, but to get the true vibe of a property - in person tours are best)
• From there, I’ll work to get you the best price on properties you want to purchase using the proper negotiation techniques that fit the specific situation
• I’ll coordinate the nitty gritty details throughout the entire closing process
